Constructing a substantially similar building without our written permission may infringe the Owners Copyright rights as per Copyright Act, 1957 amended 2012.
Making minor changes to plans does not necessarily avoid Copyright infringement
Innocent infringement is not a valid defense to Copyright infringement
The lack of a copyright notice may not prevent a successful suit for copyright infringement
Copyright infringement carries the risk of enhanced damages, attorneys’ fees, and court costs.
You cannot build a home more than once without a Multi-License from Us for use of same design or plans again.
Use of our trademark for any purpose without our written acceptance will lead to Trademark infringement
Nominative fair use of Trademark too without written approval will lead us to seek legal recourse.
